We make every effort at Head 2 Toe to pamper you with unique, all-natural spa services you will rave about. In order to efficiently service our guests the following policies are necessary:

Open for Business
We are open seven days a week 10am-10pm for your convenience. Special arrangements can be made for parties or events outside operating hours. Technicians proudly serve the entire Chicagoland area.

Dr.’s Orders
Safety is of the utmost concern for our guests and staff. In our products we use all-natural, raw food ingredients and powerful essential oils. If you have a medical condition, food allergy, are pregnant or nursing please disclose this information to your technician. We strongly urge you to speak with your doctor before receiving spa services. With advance notice Head 2 Toe can create a custom essential oil blend at no charge for those with allergies or medical conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service.

The Talent
Our staff consists of fully licensed and state certified technicians, owner included. All technicians receive extensive green spa service training in our signature quality of service program called I*Teach. This program focuses on the importance of continuing education while building a foundation for lifelong learning and professional growth. Please visit our staff page to read more.

Pencil Me In
Single appointments will be accepted with a $75 minimum service request. We suggest booking appointments at least one week in advance to assure availability. However, cancellations occur, so give us a call to check our immediate openings. To book your appointment please call (773) 908-2263 or e-mail us: info@head2toenailspa.com.

Phone calls and e-mails are returned within 24 hours. A credit card is required to hold the appointment, but will not be charged. For safety and efficiency our technicians use the buddy system. No one flies solo. It is the responsibility of the client to provide a safe and professional work environment for our technicians. Please allow a clear space for spa services and a table for manicures. We promise to believe you when you say it’s laundry day.

Hit Cancel
We know it’s hard to find time to do anything for yourself these days and understand when you need to cancel. All we ask is for at least 48 hours notice so we may schedule wait-listed guests. Executive Decision: Cancellations made within same day of appointment will be charged full price. For party policies and cancellations please visit the party page.

Travel Agent
There are no hidden fees or extra travel costs for services within the Chicagoland area. Parking is the responsibility of Head 2 Toe Mobile Spa.

Payment
At this time, Head 2 Toe Mobile Spa can only accept cash or check as forms of payment.

Tip of the Day
It is customary, yet at your discretion, to tip according to the level of satisfaction with your service provider. If you feel our technicians did not provide excellent service please send an e-mail with your feedback. We want to hear from you. An automatic 18% gratuity is added for parties of 6 or more.

Party Time
Spa parties are a great way to feel fabulous inside & out. They are so much fun for everyone: guests and staff. And we make it easy to host one. All you do is choose the place. We create the Spa-ce. On-site parties are perfect for any occasion: Bachelorette parties, bridal showers, corporate events, promotional nights,  girlfriend parties, conventions etc. For more information please visit our party page.


7 Steps to the Perfect Spa Party
Step 1: Pick your date and time.
Step 2: Call Head 2 Toe to reserve your date. ($75 reservation)
Step 3: Choose the Place. Head 2 Toe will create the spa-ce.
Step 4: Invite your guests. Who doesn't love a party?
Step 5: You and your guests choose their services from our spa menu found on our website or brochure.
Step 6: Call your H2T party planner when you have your selections. (Your planner will call a couple days before the event to finalize everything)
Step 7: Host one killer Spa Party!  Your job is done, now it's time to do ours', pamper you! So sit back and enjoy.

House Rules
Have your date picked? Call one of our party planners @ (773) 908-2263 to reserve your space. A one-time, non-refundable $75 booking fee must be received to save the date. The booking fee will be deducted from your invoice the day of the event. At this time Head 2 Toe Mobile Spa only accepts cash or check. Next step is to invite your guests and choose your services from our tempting menu. We will contact you for a final service list three days before your event. This ensures enough time to custom make the scrubs & rubs for your event.

Turn it up!
Want to turn up the volume on your party? Head 2 Toe can create a custom service menu for you and your guests. Example: Get the college crew together and have university inspired pedicures and massages. Alpha Xi Delta Pomegranate Pedicure anyone? Our custom menu is for private events only with a minimum of 6 guests. Pricing depends on service requests, please call for more information.

Busted
Because of the high demand of our services we require at least 7 days notice for cancellation of an event. Less than 7 days notice: the booking fee will not be refunded. With proper notice your booking fee may be applied to a future date or kept as credit to be applied towards future services.
